The Message:

You've probably seen me say this before. But let me tell you what that really means- especially from where I sit.

It's not just a phrase or a tagline. It's my life.

It's the way I got up again after loss.

The way I chose laughter on the days that felt heavy.

The way I let faith lead when I didn't have the answers.

It's the way I keep showing up for all of you - but also myself.

I promise I don't live this perfectly (not even close), but God has shown me over the past decade, that joy isn't something we chase - it's something we CHOOSE.

We don't choose joy in giant leaps but in small faithful steps.

1. Choosing to pause and pray instead of panic.
2. Choosing gratitude when it feels difficult.
3. Choosing faith when the enemy's lies are swirling in your head.
4. Choosing to forgiveness when it seems impossible.

These are the kind of choices that build a LIVE JOY LIFE.

My friend, I see you doing this work. Even on the days when it's messy, even when it feels like no one notices.

I see you choosing hope, love, fortitude - and I'm walking the road with you.

Each little choice is rewiring your brain to a more beautiful joy-filled live.

As always, a prayer for you.

Lord Heavenly Father. I pray for Reader today. May you help her see that she is never alone in all of the hard. Help her to see that JOY is only a choice away. Lift her up in her hard times and give her grace to make each day closer to the JOY that you created her for.
